Avid/Digidesign has released Firmware 2.0.1 for the Eleven Rack, which is also known as the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack. The new firmware includes the following:
New amps:
- Black Vib — an American ’60s 40-watt tube combo with a single 15-inch speaker
- Black SR — an American ’60s 40-watt tube combo with four 10-inch speakers
- Black Mini — an American ’60s 6-watt tube combo with an 8-inch speaker
- J45 — a British ’60s 45-watt tube head (the new matching cab uses 4×12 “Green” 20-watt speakers)
- Plexiglas Vari — a British 1967 100-watt tube head, with its voltage reduced using a Variac
- Plexiglas 50w — a British ’60s 50-watt tube head
- Blue Line Bass — an American late-’60s 300-watt tube head (the new matching cab uses 8×10 speakers)
- MS-30 — an American ’90s 30-watt boutique tube combo amp with two 12-inch speakers
- RB-01b — an American, ’90s 100-watt boutique tube amp head with three channels (Red, Green, Blue)
- DC Modern SOD — loosely based on an American late-’80s 100-watt tube head
- DC Modern 800 — variation on Lead 800 model
- DC Modern Clean — loosely based on an American ’60s 85-watt tube combo
- DC Vintage OD — loosely based on two British tube amps, combining the preamp from the Plexiglas model with the power section of the AC Top Boost model
- DC Vintage Clean — variation on AC Top Boost model
- DC Bass — variation on the Blue Line Bass model
Also new are eight new speaker cabinet models, two new microphones, six new effects, and a new Speaker Breakup feature.
