TK Audio has announced the BC501 stereo bus compressor, a 500-series module based on the popular BC1-S rack stereo bus compressor. The BC501 provides all the functionality, tone, and power of the BC1-S in compact 500-series format, and adds functions taken from the BC2-ME mastering compressor including additional ratio settings, a THD function for adding even harmonics to the signal, and three high-pass-filter settings. Al controls are detented for fast, easy, and precise recall.
