Great compression that doesn't destroy your sound
The BC1-S is what you need for fast, precise compression, whether it's on a single track or an entire mix bus. The stepped knobs give you reliable settings recall and precision control over threshold, ratio, attack, and output gain; letting you quickly dial in the beef without giving up critical clarity and coherence.
The sidechain flexibility you need
The sidechain functions of the BC1-S give you the control and flexibility to build the sound you want. A switchable filter allows you to make the compressor less sensitive to frequencies under 150Hz. An external input specifically for sidechaining lets you set the BC1-S to respond to an external source.
Parallel compression capabilities with convenient features
The built-in blend control on the BC1-S puts powerful parallel compression at your fingertips letting you easily achieve the perfect mix of dry and compressed signals. The convenient dry signal mute switch lets you adjust the compression without changing your blend.
