Since the same type of DSP used in the Virus is also available in a TDM system the full authenticity of the hardware synthesizer is retained. A company called Square Circle has released a new PC based loop and sample editor called Mobius. It is built from the code of a popular program called WaveSurgion, but has many new and powerful features. It can be downloaded from their Web site for $99.
