Why doesn’t my iLok show up after I restart my PC?

1) Right-click the Start button and choose Computer Management from the pop-up menu

Windows 7 users: Click the Start menu, and from the control panel click “System and Security” and then double click Computer Management.

2) In the right pane, click the Services and Applications tab followed by Services.

3) Right-click PACE License Services from the Services list and click on Properties from the pop-up menu

4) In the General tab, change the Startup type from Automatic to Automatic (delayed start) and restart you computer

5) After your computer starts up, launch iLok License Manager to confirm no error messages are displayed on its launch

If you do not see the error message pop-up upon start up, the issue is resolved.
