Why am I not getting sound from my C9 Organ pedal?

The C9 Organ pedal has two separate output jack: Dry and Organ.  The Dry output should pass signal regardless of the settings you’re using and even when the pedal is bypassed. The Organ jack will output a blend of the input signal and the organ effect depending on the settings you’re using. If you don’t hear any output from the Organ jack, try the following:

  1. Ensure your cables work with other devices.
  2. Make sure the power supply is connected and the red light in the middle of the C9 is lit up.
  3. Connect your instrument to the input of the C9 and the Organ output to the input of your amplifier or mixer.
  4. Turn the Dry and Organ knobs all the way up (clockwise). This will send the maximum amount of signal to the Organ jack.
