While trying to install my East West sound library, I get a message that says, “Installation failed!”
If you are having trouble installing your East West sound library, go to http://www.soundsonline.com/Support and download and install the latest version of PLAY.
Once you’ve done that, you should be able to successfully run the installer for your sound library.
