The Waves Online Installer is not working on Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
While Waves has support for Apple’s latest operating system, Mavericks, the Waves Online Installer (WOLI) does not currently work on Mavericks.
You can use Waves’ offline installer to install your plug-ins instead. You can find that here.
