How do I sync Steinberg CubaseSX with my adats using only the 9pin sync cable into my audio card?
In the Sync Setup, the Timecode base will be ASIO Positioning Protocol. This is all you need to set- the 9pin sync cable and ASIO will take care of the (semi) sample-accurate sync between the Adats and the software. When you start your Adats, the software will automatically start in sync.
