How do I sync my MOTU 896 with Cakewalk Sonar and Adats?
This combination of gear and software will not support Adat sync. The 896 uses ASIO2.0 to sync with the Adat Sync Port, and Sonar does not use ASIO. You will need an external sync box to accomplish this.
