I’m using Sonar 6 and some of my plugins and/or virtual instruments are launching OK but they have blank screens or do not show the whole plug-in, why?

This is an issue with Sonar 6, however most plug-ins and virtual instruments can be fixed by doing the following steps.

1. Update Sonar to version 6.2. You can get any updates for Sonar at Cakewalk’s website.

2. After updating Sonar, open Sonar and go to Options > Global. Here in the General tab, disable the X-Ray box found at the bottom of the Global options window.

3. Launch the plug-in or instrument to see if this fixes the problem.

If the problem still persists contact either Cakewalk support or Sweetwater tech support.
