My Waves plugins show up as a blue windows in Sonar.
In some cases, VST versions of Waves plugins do not interface properly with Sonar. To fix this, simply reinstall the Waves bundle and make sure the DirectX (DX) version gets installed. Then, use it in Sonar instead of the VSTversion.
