Why are some of the keys on my keyboard not working when I try to enter my Product Key?
During the Windows XP authorization code entry, there have been 12 numbers and letters disabled to prevent confusion. These letters and numbers are:
A E I O U S L N Z 1 5 0
Therefore, these numbers will not be a part of the activation code. After entry of this code, your keyboard keys will return to normal.
