Neural DSP Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we will show you how to authorize, download, and install your new Neural DSP plug-in for the first time. Follow the sections below to get started.
Create iLok account
Your Neural DSP plug-in is licensed with an iLok. That means to use it, you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer. If you don’t already have an iLok account, you will need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. If you already have an account, pass these steps, and continue to authorize the plug-in. Check out our iLok Quickstart Guide for more information.
- Visit iLok’s registration page and complete the registration form.
- Please take note of your User ID and password, as they are case-sensitive.
- Open the iLok Account Activation email and click on the verification link.
- Download and install the iLok License Manager.
Authorize the plug-in
Once you’ve created an iLok account, the next step in the process is to authorize your plug-in using the activation you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
- Launch the iLok License Manager app and sign into your account.
- Click Licenses, select Redeem Activation Code, copy, and paste the activation code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer, then click Next.
- Choose your computer as the activation location, then click Redeem.
Download and install the software
Now that your plug-in is authorized within iLok, you’ll now need to download and install it from the Neural DSP website.
- Go to the Neural DSP download page, locate your product then download the version for your OS.
- Navigate to your Downloads folder, locate and launch the installer file, then follow the on-screen instructions.
- Once the download is complete, launch the standalone software.
- You will then be prompted to authorize it with iLok. Click Activate, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the activation process.

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
