My Zoom Q4 will no longer charge or power on.
The Q4 can be powered via battery or AC power (sold separately). Take the following things into consideration when using your Q4 or trying to charge the battery to ensure proper functionality:
- When the battery on the Q4 runs low, the lightning symbol underneath the battery meter will turn red.
- When using the AC power with the Q4 turned off, the battery will charge. While the battery is charging, the red light will illuminate. When the battery is done charging, the light will turn off.
- When using the AC power with the Q4 turned ON, the power adapter will power the Q4 but it will NOT charge the battery.
