My Traktor Kontrol S2 mk2 keeps shutting off.
If your Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S2 mk2 keeps shutting off intermittently while using it, consider the following:
- Is the AC adapter plugged in? The Traktor Kontrol is not bus-powered and will not work without the AC adapter.
- Are you using the USB cable that came with the Traktor Kontrol? While it may not be necessary to use that exact cable, some USB cables may have poor build quality which will reduce the performance of the Traktor Kontrol. Also, the length of the USB cable will certainly be a factor in the overall functionality of the unit.
