My Identit-e verification request was approved but I still have not been emailed my activation information. How can I get it?
The email from Identit-e with your product’s activation information may be blocked by your system or email security settings. Check your spam or junk mail filter for the email with your information. You can also check the status of your request and view your product’s Serial Number, System ID, Activation ID or Download Code on this website if your request was already approved.
