My Blackstar ID:Series amplifier won’t keep my settings after I turn it off.
By default, the ID:Series amplifiers are in demo mode. In this mode, the amplifier will not retain your settings. To exit demo mode, hold the Manual button while switching the amp on. The Bank LED will change from red, to orange, to green, and then turn off to indicate that Demo Mode as been deactivated.
