My Avid Artist Series Controller is not showing up in EuControl on my PC.
EuControl requires the Bonjour service to be enabled in order to communicate with the Windows operating system. Although Bonjour is installed with and enabled by EuControl, some OEM Windows systems disable Bonjour by default. Follow the steps below to re-enable it.
- Open the Start menu.
- Type services.msc into the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu and hit Enter.
- Locate the item called “Bonjour Service” and double-click on it.
- Change the Startup Type to Automatic.
- Click on the Start button.
- Click OK.
- If your Artist Series controllers aren’t showing up now, quit and relaunch EuControl.
