Why doesn’t Live accept my serial number?
You may be typing the number incorrectly. Please be sure that you type the number zero and not the letter “o” in all instances.
Be sure you are using the correct serial number. (Live 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, 4.x,5.x and 6.x all have unique serial numbers).
