What is the procedure to install Live 5 on my new laptop, as Live is already authorized/Unlocked on my main studio computer?
You must first register your serial number properly at https://www.ableton.com/register. Follow the installation procedure and Unlock Live on your new machine. Remember that each computer generates a unique Challenge Code, so Live will need to be Unlocked again for this specific machine.
