I’m having difficulty downloading my AIR software.
According to AIR, the download servers used to distribute their software have been overwhelmed by the amount of downloads being processed simultaneously. This has resulted in customers not receiving all of their instruments or receiving only partially downloaded files.
If this delay has affected you, follow the steps below to receive replacement download links:
- Visit https://cs.mycommerce.com/airmusic
- Enter your order number and email address
- Click Find Order
A new set of download links will be displayed for your purchased instruments. Please use these new links to re-download any purchases that you were unable to download and/or install.
Your order number is listed in the order confirmation email you received after making your purchase.
