I am getting a “License Term Error” message with an EastWest PLAY library. What can I do?

If you are receiving a license error from your Symphonic Choirs, SD2, or Symphonic Orchestra Gold, and do not own their related expansions, you will need to delete the following file(s) from your operating system location below:

  • Symphonic Choirs: 1236024529804.key
  • Stormdrum 2 PRO: 1230690551375.key
  • Symphonic Orchestra Gold Close Mic Upgrade: 1256254669106.key
  • Symphonic Orchestra Gold Surround Mic Upgrade: 1257355557837.key
  • Symphonic Orchestra Gold Surround Mic Upgrade: 1256255583256.key

Mac
Mac HD > Library > Application Support > East West > Product Chunks

Win7 / Vista
C:\ProgramData(you must enable hidden files and folders)\East West\Product Chunks\

Win XP
C:\DocumentsAndSettings\AllUsers\AppData\(you must enable hidden files and folders)\East West\Product Chunks\

If you do own either the Choirs expansion or SD2 Pro expansion, you should NOT remove the associated expansion .key file.

* Please Note: Best of SD1, SD2 Pro New Material, and SD2 Pro New Zen are all categories from the SD2 Pro expansion. You can either ignore these, or delete them from your SD2 Library\SD2 Instruments folder.
