How do I connect my Q2HD to my iPad?
To use your Q2HD as a USB mic with your iPad, follow these steps:
- First of all, you’ll need an Apple Camera Connection Kit. Using this, you can connect your iPad to your Q2HD with a USB cable. Note that the iPad will not power the Q2HD. Make sure batteries are inserted into the Q2HD and that they have enough power or it will not turn on.
- Before connecting the Q2HD to the iPad, press the menu button to open the Main Menu.
- Use the arrow keys to select the USB icon and press record.
- On the next screen, use the arrow keys to select the mic icon and press record.
- Connect the Q2HD to the iPad by using the Camera Connection Kit.
- When you are done, simply disconnect the USB cable.
