How do I change the recording mode on my Ditto Looper X2?

By default the recording behaviour is as follows: 1 press starts the recording, and another press stops it. If you then press the switch again, the pedal will overdub.

Inside the battery compartment you’ll find two dipswitches. The first one can change the way the pedal behaves in recording mode. If you flip the switch to its lower position, pressing the Loop switch after recording the initial loop will switch the Ditto X2 to Overdub mode immediately. This will make it possible to record your loops in a flow without having to activate recording again for your first overdub.
