The fan on my new “Mirror” Mac is on full blast all the time and is very loud.
Restart the mac and hold the Programers button in. This will start you up in “Open Firmware”.
Here you can type “reset-all” (without the quotes) and hit return.Now the mac will boot up with all of the stock firmware settings restored.
