Battery 1.01 on my Mac refuses to load: it crashes my computer hard just when I try to instanciate it in Logic or I try to load the stand alone version I already thrashed the preferences Reinstalled Battery from ver 1.0 and updated again to 1.01 Now it asks for the serial number and the for the original Cd.
Most probably you have set your Soundmanager in and/or ouput to external gear. I recommend to set in control panel sound input to “NONE” or “CD” and output to “built-in”. This setting has to be made whenever Battery is running with audio port “Soundmanager” selected or when Battery is started for the first time.
