I bought Sampletank / Amplitube / T-racks but the version I need is not in the box. What can I do?
1. Take the serial # that you recieved and go to www.sampletank.com , www.amplitube.com or www.t-racks.com then click on registration. Register your product.
2. You will recieve an email back with a username, password & link the personal users site. Go here and log in.
3. Go to option 3: Download Software updates and free content.
4. Now download the version for MAC/PC you need, once you download install it then launch your audio sequencer.
5. You should have an authorization form coming up now. There is a long number at the top called the Digital ID. Copy this number down.
6. Log back into the User Area and choose option 1: Request new auth code. You will see you Sampletank registration there. There is a place to enter your Digitial ID in the empty block. DOUBLE CHECK the numbers to make sure they are correct.
7. Now once you do this you will get the auth code 2 ways. It will be emailed to you right then, but it will also show up after you click continue.
8. Enter this in the Auth form that came up in your audio sequencer.
