I bought BFD on eBay, but the serial number does not seem to work. What should I do?
Many of the BFD’s being sold on eBay are pirated copies; the serial numbers have been blacklisted by FXpansion, and will NOT allow you to get updates or receive technical support. If you are suspicious about a potential purchase, feel free to ask BFD for confirmation. Be ESPECIALLY suspicious of anything being sold without a manual, not shrink wrapped, or (obviously) on home burnt DVDs!
