The Duchess is all about American-style cleans and edge-of-breakup — the perfect pedal platform. The Sheriff is for that classic British overdrive and hot-rodded ’80s tones. The Copper is Victory’s take on an “AC-style” amp, jangly pop all the way through to classic rock. The Kraken is all about high gain tenacity and exceptional clarity, catering to heavy rock, progressive, and metal players. Finally, the Jack is Victory’s most versatile amp, with high headroom cleans and lots of gain on tap.
A Modern-boutique Approach
Victory Amplifiers’ head designer is Martin Kidd, well known in British amplification circles for his modern-boutique approach to design and specification. Victory uses meticulously handwired tag boards where they feel that method offers the biggest tonal benefits alongside printed circuit boards where those are the smarter design choice. Victory Amplifiers never compromise on components, from caps and resistors, pots and switches, right through to their custom designed transformers.
A Range of Options
From portable tube preamps, all the way through to full-size amplifiers, the Victory range includes premium performance solutions for every type of player. The V4 preamp range is an all-tube preamp in a small, compact pedal format. The V4 amp range takes this idea and adds a 180-watt power amp and Two notes DynIR technology, making it even easier to take your Victory sound anywhere. The compact head range offers lunchbox-sized amps with all the power and tone of a larger-scale tube amplifier. The range is completed by our flagship Deluxe range of beautifully handcrafted, full-sized amplifier heads and combos — these feature wooden sleeves, leather handles, and leather corners for truly high-class aesthetics.
