Peavey, in partnership with Antares, introduced the AT-200 Auto-Tune Guitar – a solidbody electric that tunes itself! According to Peavey, the AT-200 “monitors the precise pitch of each individual string and electronically makes any corrections necessary to ensure that every note is always in tune, regardless of variables like finger position or pressure.” The technology is said to be “smart enough” to know when you intend to manipulate pitch with bends, etc.
