Excellent amp for venues.
This amp is great. We use it in our church to drive our main and and monitor cabinets and it does a wonderful job.
Peavey IPR2 2000 Power Amp
The Peavey Power Amp is a perfect match for our 2 18" Peavey subs. The light weight has helped us to trim our power amp rack weight to a manageable level.
Good amp

Great Experience!
I live in Puerto Rico and Sweetwater is always my first choice. I have an issue with one channel of this amplifier (Peavey IPR2 2000) getting close to the two years warranty offered from Sweetwater and they replaced the amp. My experience with service and warranty is AWESOME!!!! This people is great! 100% recommended.
Killer
Can"t beat the price or performance. I use this on highs, an ipr2 5000 on mids, and cs4080 on subs. Use them 3-5 times per week, 4-10 hrs at a time. Owned this rig for 5 years and it"s a money maker. If you"re not trying to fulfill rider, you just can"t beat this for return on investment. Love my Peavey rig.
So Light, So Powerful
I've been a fan of Peavey gear for years (over 20, in fact, which is how old my Peavey SP5TI speakers are) and I always hoped I would be able to afford a Peavey power amp to drive those Peavey speakers. I'm glad I waited until now to make this happen, especially since the Peavey IPR2 is SO LIGHT. This unit not only upped the power in my rack, but decreased the total weight by 43 pounds. THIS AMP ONLY WEIGHS 7 POUNDS but it pumps out clean power like you wouldn't believe. Easy to install, attractive, powerful and affordable, I give this power amp a big thumbs up

My 1980"s CS800 is still crankin", but I am getting older now, and don"t want to "Carry That Weight" anymore.
This light little beast fills right in where my CS800 left off, didn"t miss a beat, didn"t break the bank, and doesn"t break my back!
