Based on the 255L found in API consoles, the single-channel 527 offers up variable attack, release, ratio, and output gain controls. What’s more, the 527 also sports API’s patented “Thrust” filter for punchy low end. The 10-segment LED meter is switchable between gain reduction and output level.
