UVI has updated their flagship hybrid synthesizer, Falcon, to version 1.1. The new version is a major update with the following new and improved features:
- Thorus, 8-voice chorus effect
- Numerous FM oscillator enhancements (per-operator), including Fixed Frequency toggle (Hz mode), fine-tune knob (functions as a multiplier in Hz mode), Snap Ratio toggle (quantizes Hz integer values to constrain FM to harmonics), Start Phase knob
- Pluck Oscillator enhancements, including Sample section: Start, Detune and KeyFollow; Noise section: Sustain Mode; Stereo Mode
- 100+ new factory presets
- 2 new FX rack presets: Fuzz4 and MaxMS
- Support for MPE devices, such as the ROLI Seaboard and LinnStrument
- New “MPE” section in preset library with dedicated sounds
