Soundtoys has announced that Soundtoys 5 will be released before the end of the year. A major change is the new Soundtoys Effects Rack, which turns the collection of plug-ins into a modular effects systems where you can create, save, and recall combinations of Soundtoys effects. The Effects Rack integrates all 12 Soundtoys effects into a single plug-in for improved workflow, efficiency, and ease of use. According to Soundtoys, the Effects Rack was 12 years in the making, for research, modeling, and sufficient computer resources to become available.
