With a sample collection Like Vienna Instruments Symphonic Cube that’s over 550 gigabytes, you may find yourself up against limitations imposed by your computer’s available RAM. That’s when the Learn, Optimize, aand reset buttons are of great value. If you activate “Learn” and then play your MIDI track, the software will keep track of all the notes played. When you click on “Optimize” after the piece has ended, the software will remove all the samples except those you actually played. If you need to change something, hit the “Reset” button to reload all the samples that “Optimize” purged from RAM. By using these three buttons, you’ll run out of RAM less often. That’s a good thing, trust us.
