Electrodyne and Pete’s Place Audio have collaborated to resurrect the classic Electrodyne brand. New products include the Electrodyne 2501, a two-stage, discrete transistor, transformer-coupled preamp with active DI, essentially based on vintage 1608 console modules. The 2511 is a classic two-band, two-channel, discrete transistor, active inductor-based EQ using late-’60s/early-’70s design technology.
