The e2deesser from Eiosis is designed to be the ultimate de-essing tool. Compatible with Mac and Windows under AAX, VST2, VST3, and Audio Units formats, utilizes two main parameters/controls, which keeps the plug-in simple and easy to use. For advanced users and those working on demanding mixes, fine control and precise audio sculpting are also available. In addition, e2deesser’s graphic display provides visual feedback, which makes using the plug-in even easier. The Auto control adjusts the frequency response of the sibilants, dynamically and intelligently, while Smooth provides smoothing saturation to remove peakiness and high amplitudes from the sibilants. For total control, the onboard EQ allows boost and cut for notching and balancing sibilants.
