The geniuses behind Arturia’s line of virtual instruments have been hard at work! The company has announced not one, not two, not three…but six new instruments! Check these out!

Synclavier V — an authentic recreation of one of the rarest and more fabled of all digital dream synths, the NED Synclavier. At prices ranging from $30,000 to nearly half a million dollars, only the rich and famous were able to own Synclaviers back in the day. But now we all can share in the amazing power of the Synclavier. Best of all, the Synclavier V is not just any emulation; it was created by Cameron Jones, the original Synclavier software developer!

Stage-73 V — a virtual instrument that recreates the sound and experience of playing a ’70s-era Stage and ’60s-era Suitcase 73-key electric piano, Stage-73 V can cover all types of EP sounds, from the Beatles to Stevie Wonder to the Doors to modern jazz, rock, pop, fusion, blues, country and other styles. It even includes flanger, phaser, chorus, and analog delay effects.

Piano V — the meticulously modeled Piano V brings an acoustic piano to your computer — and not just one piano, but nine! Piano V includes Classical Upright, Concert Grand, Glass Grand, Intimate Grand, Jazz Upright, Metal Grand, Piano-bar Upright, Pop Grand, and Pop Upright acoustic piano models so you can cover every style from classical to jazz, pop to rock. You have control over parameters ranging from piano tuning to microphone setup to room characteristics.

Farfisa V — the latest addition to the Arturia Analog Classics family of virtual instruments is the instantly identifiable Farfisa V, on iconic electronic organ manufactured in Italy between 1964 and 1968. Artists from Percy Sledge to Jean-Michel Jarre to Blondie have used the Farfisa organ, and now you can have the same sounds — including built-in effects — right in your computer!

B-3 V — there’s nothing like the sound of a vintage B-3 tonewheel organ, a mechanical beast that, when combined with the equally iconic Leslie rotating speaker — creates a sound unlike any other. From jazz to heavy rock to blues, the B-3 is essential. Now, getting great tonewheel organ sounds is simple; just load B-3 V into your DAW or standalone on your computer! With B-3 V you get all the beautiful sounds you crave, with additional effects (analog delay, chorus, flanger, overdrive, phase, and, of course, rotating speaker) — all without hauling or maintaining a massive mechanical behemoth.

Analog Lab 2 — Analog Lab has become a favorite of musicians around the world because it combines an awesome selection of sounds from all of Arturia’s respected virtual instruments. And now, with Analog Lab 2, the new instruments listed above are also included. More than just a playable sound library, Analog Lab 2 lets you dig in and customize the sounds to your needs, you even get a huge selection of effects for enhancing or mangling your sounds!
Plus, V Collection 5 has also been announced, an incredible virtual instrument bundle including all 17 of Arturia’s amazing software instruments — updated with the five all-new additions along with the “old favorites” and Analog Lab 2! All of the new Arturia virtual instruments support Mac and Windows PC, under AAX, Audio Units, VST2 and VST3, as well as standalone operation.
