What was your occupation before coming to Sweetwater? I worked in the telecommunications industry, coordinating the resolution of service outages and other issues for major medical and Fortune 500 companies, and also managed a team of customer service reps.
Why did you first apply for a job at Sweetwater? I love talking music and gear with all types of folks and helping people meet their musical goals.
Technical strengths: I strive to be an expert in all areas of audio, but I’ve been hooked on recording since I started with a 4-track cassette recorder in the early ’90s, so I definitely have a lot of knowledge in that area.
