The new JBL Eon G2 System is in stock. It’s based around the new and improved Eon G2 speaker, which sounds significantly better than the older Eon model. The system adds a MusicMix mixer and two M50S microphones, as well as cables to hook it all up. It’s simple and it sounds great!
Version 2.0 of VSTi host has been released. It allows you to use VST effects and/or instruments outside of VST host applications, which is perfect if you have a second computer you’d like to dedicate to instruments and effects. Digidesign has now officially endorsed the use of the Pace Hang Buster as a solution for the known problem of Pro Tools initially hanging upon first launch after installation. If you are about to install and run Pro Tools for the first time you should download and use this utility. Run it once and all will be fine.
