Okay, we’re pretty used to truckloads of gear arriving at our giant warehouse, but nothing could have prepared us for the arrival of so much gear from just one manufacturer. A few columns ago, we announced that Sweetwater would be carrying Peavey. Well, as it turns out, the folks at Peavey don’t mess around when it comes to stocking a retailer of our size. So we watched in awe as box after box, palette after palette, got offloaded and moved into the warehouse. Thankfully, we have one of the largest warehouses in the entire industry, because the sheer number of items was rather mind boggling. There were guitars, basses, guitar amps, mixers, sound reinforcement systems, power amps, signal processors, and more. Some items were opened and moved into our showrooms, and you can bet a fair number of Sweetwater employees stayed late today to check everything out. The list is simply too long to include in one inSync column, so we’ll be giving you updates for at least the next few weeks on all the new Peavey gear we have in stock!
