Parker Guitars has recently won its third prestigious award of the year, this time from Guitar World Magazine, which presented the Parker PM20PRO with a Platinum Award for Quality and Design. In its review of the PM20PRO, Guitar World acknowledged the guitar as being an “exceptional value [with] versatile tone circuitry and stellar construction.” Back in the May 2006 issue of Guitar Player Magazine, the Parker PM10 won the coveted “Guitar Player Editors Pick Award,” recognizing the instrument for its “super slick neck” and the fact that it’s “ultra easy to play [with] not a bad sound in it.” Likewise, the March 2006 issue of Guitar World Acoustic Magazine saw the new Parker P8E winning a “Guitar World Acoustic Gold Award for Overall Value.” In its review, the instrument was singled out for “…its well balanced tone [which is] sure to please the most demanding acoustic aficionado.” John Page, Division Manager for Parker Guitars, was ecstatic: “Receiving three awards in just the first six months of the year affirms the hard work, dedication, and direction that Parker Guitars is taking.” Wonder what the company has up its collective sleeves for the second half of 2006?
