125th AES Convention: AKG D7

AKG showcased their new D7 dynamic vocal microphone. A professional microphone in all regards, the D7 takes AKG’s popular D5 dynamic mic a step further. It features an improved capsule design, a humbucking coil, and a high-pass filter. In addition, the D7 microphone’s look has been redesigned to give it a sleeker appearance and a shape that’s even more comfortable to hold and perform with onstage.
