Reviews

Throne
Sturdy and safe
Perfect at this price point
I use a Tama first chair for my studio set. It is coming up on 30 years old and still in perfect condition.
This seat is a cheap copy of it, but a well done copy. The seat cushion is firm and the double bracing is very stable. For under $ I can't see doing any better.

MDT4 Heavy-Duty Drum Throne
This drum throne is fairly easy to set up and the seat is very comfortable! I performed at a Messianic youth retreat (YMJA) a few days after I got the throne and it was great to use for longer Worship sessions that we did because the curve on the back of the seat worked well to support my posture while the cushioning made it very comfortable and I didn't get sore at all after sitting on it for long periods of time. This is a great set to get at an affordable price and I would definitely recommend it to any one looking for a cheaper product but still wanting great quality especially if you plan on sitting on this throne for long periods of time! I give it a 10/10!!
My drummer loves it
It was time for a new throne for the drum set in the jam room. I've never been thanked so much. My drummer loves it. It's the most comfortable throne he's ever sat on.
Music background: Gigged for a decade, now just jam with the guys once a week.
It' OK
This throne is okay. It's sturdy enough but there is a bit of a wobble in it where the throne connects to the stand. Also, a set screw is missing from under the throne itself where it rests on the post--probably to help minimize the wobble, but since it was missing I don't know if it would stop the wobble or not.

It's okay. Not great but I've certainly had worse.
