Y.E.S.S. III mounting system
Many Sweetwater drummers were huge fans of the Y.E.S.S. II tom mount system, so you can imagine their surprise when they learned that Yamaha had improved upon it! The Y.E.S.S. III tom mount system’s design has even greater anti-dampening capabilities than its predecessor by further isolating the shell and increasing the mount’s ability to “levitate” the shell and prevent shell vibration from transferring to the hardware. This enables you to play with utmost expressiveness and dynamic range — accompanied, of course, by the lush and musical tones of Yamaha drums.
