When I open Eleven Rack Editor on Windows, nothing happens.
Try trashing the Eleven Rack Editor preferences:
On Windows 7, go to the Start Button and type %APPDATA% in to the search bar and press enter. On Windows 8.1, right click on the Start Button and select Search. Type %APPDATA% into the search box and press enter.
In the window that opens, navigate to the Avid folder. Delete the Eleven Rack Editor folder and empty the recycling bin. Relaunch the Eleven Rack Editor software and it should work as normal.
