Why isn’t my Faderport 8 working with Studio One?
If you are running the updated FaderPort8 firmware, the Faderport 8 will automatically configure itself with Studio One version 3.3.2 and higher. If you are using an earlier version of Studio One, you can still use the Faderport 8 in MCU mode. Click here for MCU setup instructions.
Another option is to update Studio One. You can start the update from inside Studio One by clicking on the “Help” tab and selecting “Check for updates” in the drop down menu. You can also download it from your Presonus account using the directions here.
