The barrel plug on the power supply for my Universal Audio Apollo Twin seems loose and keeps falling out.
The power supplies on the Apollo Twin feature a locking barrel plug. Be sure to line up the locking tabs on the barrel plug with the grooves on the Apollo Twin, then turn it to the right to lock it. If you don’t lock the power supply, it will still provide power to the Apollo Twin, but it will easily fall out.
