Synchro Arts Software Activation Instructions

Synchro Arts Account

An account is required to activate Synchro Arts software. If you already have an account for registering your new software, please verify the login and sign in before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may create another account to distinguish different locations, personnel, etc. 

IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.    

Sign in with an Existing Synchro Arts Account

1. Go to the Synchro Arts website.  
2. Click My Account, enter your current login, and click Continue.  
3. Verify that your current products are registered to the current account. 

Create a New Synchro Arts Account

1. Go to the Synchro Arts website. 
2. Click My Account, then click Sign up. 
3. Complete the form and click Continue. 
4. Open your email. Complete the email verification prompt.   
5. Sign in using your new login to verify your account.  

Redeem Code

Sweetwater has emailed you the redeem code to activate your software. Open the email, find the redeem code, and follow the steps below. 

Enter Redeem Code

1. Go to the Plugins page and click Use Redeem Code.  
2. Enter your redeem code and click Redeem. 

Download & Installation

Synchro Arts software is downloaded from the Plugins page.  

Download and Install Synchro Arts Software

1. Go to the Plugins page.  
2. Click your product’s download button that is compatible with your computer.  
3. Open your Downloads folder and run the installer. 
   • PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract all…, and click Extract. In the new folder, double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
   • Mac: Double-click the .zip file to unpack it. Double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen instructions. 

License Key

After installation, Synchro Arts software requires its license key to complete activation. License keys for your Synchro Arts products are found in the “My plugins” area of your account.  

Enter License Key 

1. Go to the Plugins page. 
2. Click the “Show Code” button for your product.  
3. Open your Synchro Arts software, copy and paste the License key into the license key prompt, and then click “Activate”.
